Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of FBtech Business Management, including its business setup, sales, purchasing, inventory, finance, reporting, operational and industry-specific features. By creating an account, starting a trial, creating a business, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account and business information and keep login credentials secure. If you create or administer a business account, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business and to invite users, configure modules, enter business data and accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Service and business configuration
FBtech is a configurable business-management platform. Available modules, limits, reports and workflows may depend on the selected business template, plan, subscription, branch configuration and enabled capabilities. Features may be improved, replaced or retired when reasonably necessary to maintain, secure or improve the service.
3. Trial, subscription and billing
- Trial length, plan limits, setup fees and recurring charges are shown during onboarding or in billing.
- Paid access may depend on successful payment verification by the configured payment provider.
- Taxes may be added where required.
- You are responsible for keeping payment and billing information current.
- Failure to pay may result in restricted access, grace status, suspension or expiration in accordance with the plan shown to you.
4. Customer data and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the business data entered into the service, including item, customer, supplier, employee, transaction, tax, inventory and operational data. You are responsible for data accuracy, lawful collection and use, user permissions and any business decisions made from the information produced by the service.
FBtech provides operational software and reports. It does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, regulatory, medical or other professional advice.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, bypass security or access controls, interfere with other customers, probe or exploit vulnerabilities without authorization, use another user's credentials, or use the service for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.
6. Users, permissions and branches
Business owners and administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and permissions. You should promptly disable users who no longer require access. Some actions may be recorded in audit or operational history for security and accountability.
7. Third-party services
The service may connect to third-party providers for payments, email, WhatsApp messaging, authentication, hosting, storage, analytics or other integrations. Those services may have their own terms, availability and privacy practices. FBtech is not responsible for a third party's independent service failure, policy or account decision.
8. Availability, maintenance and backups
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Planned maintenance, security work, internet failures, third-party outages or events outside reasonable control may affect access. Customers should maintain appropriate business-continuity and record-retention practices for information that is critical to their operations.
9. Intellectual property
FBtech, its software, designs, documentation, branding and platform functionality remain the property of the service operator or its licensors. Your business data remains yours, subject to the permissions needed to host, process, back up and deliver the service.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service or cancel a subscription subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the applicable billing term. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for non-payment, material breach, security risk, unlawful use, abuse or protection of the platform and its users.
11. Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every report, calculation, recommendation or integration will be free from error in every configuration. You should review important financial, tax, inventory and operational outputs before relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses is excluded. Any mandatory rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes may require a new version and renewed acceptance. The version and effective date shown on this page identify the terms that apply.
13. Governing law
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts having jurisdiction over the service operator's registered office, subject to applicable consumer or statutory rights.
