Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations, renewals and refund requests are handled for FBtech Business Management subscriptions and setup services.
1. Free trials
If a plan includes a free trial, the trial period and any limits are shown during onboarding. A trial may end automatically on the stated date. Access after the trial may require a paid subscription.
2. Subscription cancellation
You may request cancellation through the available account/support process. Unless the order or applicable law says otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund charges already paid for the current billing period.
3. Refund eligibility
Subscription and setup charges are generally non-refundable once the applicable service period or setup work has begun, except where:
- a duplicate or demonstrably incorrect charge was processed;
- a payment was collected but the service could not be activated because of an FBtech billing/provisioning error that could not be corrected within a reasonable time; or
- a refund is required by applicable law.
4. Setup and assisted services
One-time setup, migration, configuration, training or assisted-service fees may become non-refundable once the related work has started. Any project-specific scope or refund terms provided in writing will take precedence for that service.
5. Renewal charges
Customers are responsible for reviewing renewal dates and keeping billing details current. If automatic renewal is offered, the applicable checkout or billing screen should disclose it before activation. Requests made after a renewal charge will be reviewed under this policy and applicable law.
6. Payment-provider timing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where practical. Banks and payment providers control the time required for the refunded amount to appear.
7. Account and data after cancellation
Cancellation may change access after the paid or grace period ends. Customers should export or retain records they are legally or operationally required to keep. Data retention and deletion are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable obligations.
8. Requesting a cancellation or refund
Contact support@example.com with the customer/business name, billing reference, reason and the amount in question. We may request information needed to verify the account and transaction.
