This Privacy Policy explains how FBtech Business Management handles information when customers create accounts, configure businesses, use operational features, contact support or interact with connected services.

Before launch: confirm the final operator identity, registered address, hosting locations, subprocessors, retention periods and any jurisdiction-specific privacy notices with qualified counsel.

1. Information we process

  • Account information: name, email, mobile number, authentication identifiers and account status.
  • Business information: business name, addresses, branches, tax or licence details, configuration, subscription and billing information.
  • Operational data: sales, purchases, inventory, expenses, customers, suppliers, employees, reports, attachments and other records entered by authorized users.
  • Technical data: device/browser information, security events, timestamps, logs and diagnostics needed to operate and protect the service.
  • Support and communication data: support requests, messages and information you provide when requesting help or a demo.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, provision businesses, process subscriptions, deliver requested notifications, generate reports, support customers, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, improve product reliability and comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Business customer data

For business records entered by a customer, the customer determines what information is entered and which authorized users may access it. Customers are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis to collect and use personal information that they enter into the service.

4. Sharing and service providers

We may use service providers for cloud infrastructure, database/storage, authentication, payments, email, messaging, monitoring, analytics or customer support. They receive information only as needed to perform their services under their own contractual and legal obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect rights, security and the integrity of the service.

5. Sale of personal data

We do not sell customer business data or personal information to advertisers.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including account authentication, access controls, business and branch boundaries, permission checks and audit-oriented records where implemented. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security and preserve required financial or audit records. Retention can differ by data type and subscription state.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or obtain a copy of certain personal information. Some business or financial records may need to be retained where law, fraud prevention, audit integrity or contractual obligations require it.

9. Cookies and local storage

The service may use cookies or browser storage for authentication, security, preferences and essential application behavior. Marketing analytics or optional tracking should be disclosed separately if enabled.

10. International processing

Service providers may process information in locations different from the customer's location. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards should be used for cross-border transfers.

11. Children

FBtech Business Management is intended for business use and is not designed as a consumer service for children.
